Click Exchange Rules

• Barterfest Click Exchange is a service helping small business owners promote their sites without spending cash. To use this service you must first Join Barterfest.
• Campaigns based on affiliate programs, multi-level marketing (MLM), or similar pyramid tactics will not be accepted. Only real people and companies allowed.
• Ads may not be displayed on link farms (a page consisting almost entirely of advertisements).
• No emailing of ads. Only webpage display is allowed.
• Each ad can only be clicked once per 24 hours per IP address. If this number is exceeded, no credits will be tallied. This is our Click Fraud Protection Policy. We do not allow the use of any means to inflate your credits.
• Users shall not alter the code provided, unless first obtaining express written consent to do so. Users must include the Barterfest Click Exchange link that comes with the display code.
• We do not and will not accept sites that:
  1. are adult, contain adult content or link to sites that are adult or contain adult content
  2. promote violence, hate, harm to others or discrimination or link to sites that promote violence, hate, harm to others or discrimination.
  3. sites that would be considered in bad taste or unacceptable to our members or link to sites that would be considered in bad taste or unacceptable to our members.
• Barterfest reserves the right to deny or cancel any campaign for any reason at any time. Any user who causes reasonable suspicion of fraud will loose all earned credits and will be held liable for stolen clicks.
• We reserve the right to add, delete, or modify any part of the rules at any time for any reason without prior notice being given.
